Shipping

• We ship to Canada and the US.
• Shipping is Free per order.
• Every item is printed when you order it. Printing takes 2-7 business days, then delivery in Canada usually takes 2-7 business days. All in, most Canadian orders arrive in about 4-14 business days. US orders can take a few extra days.
• Busy times like the holidays can add a few days, so order early for gifts.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order shows up misprinted, damaged or it's not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your pick. You don't need to send anything back.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size before you order. If you're stuck between two sizes, email us and we'll help you pick.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If printing hasn't started yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it's printed, it's yours.
