Vehicles

Old cars, pickups, 4x4s, motorcycles and little planes. Fun art for kids rooms, plus a couple of calmer vintage pieces for the rest of the house.

For kids who love anything with wheels

Some kids name every truck that drives by. These designs are for them. The Busy Little Town mural has buses, a fire truck, a tractor and a helicopter all on one wall, with plenty to point at and name. Off-Road Adventure is a muddy 4x4 climbing a mountain trail, and Biplane Skies has little planes looping through the clouds.

The colours are bright but soft, the same muted coral, teal and mustard as the rest of our Playroom art. Fun to look at without being loud on the wall, and easy to match with the bedding and toys you already have.

Calmer vintage pieces

Not everything here is for kids. Country Drive is an old car on a quiet country road, and Coastal Ride is a motorcycle on a cliff road at sunset.

Both use soft, faded colours that sit nicely in a living room, a den or a home office. Good for anyone who likes old cars or long drives. The Tree Farm Pickup sits in between: an old red truck with a Christmas tree in the back, fun for kids and cozy enough for the living room all winter.

Less echo in loud rooms

Playrooms are some of the loudest rooms in a house. Hard floors, toy bins and a lot of shouting. Every design here is printed on a sound absorbing panel, so it takes some of the bounce out of the room. It won't make the kids quieter, sadly, but the room stops sounding like a gym.

Bigger pieces soak up more, so a 3-panel set or a wall mural makes the biggest difference. In kids rooms, always hang panels securely and out of reach.

Questions people ask

Will acoustic panels soundproof my room?

No, and anyone who says so is stretching it. Acoustic panels absorb sound inside the room, so there's less echo and it sounds softer and calmer. They won't stop noise coming through the walls from the neighbours. For that you need building work, not art.

Are these safe for a kids room?

Yes, as long as they're hung securely and out of reach. Don't put one where a little one can pull on it, and in a nursery keep it away from over the crib.

Are the vehicles real makes or models?

No. Every car, truck and plane is our own made-up design, no brands or logos. Just the classic shapes kids already know.
